Quiet in the apartment. Why not live in an apartment?

In today's market, the demand for real estate is on a steady rise. For example, between March and April 2015, a total of 3,617 transactions were recorded in the Russian Federation, categorized as contracts for buying and selling residential, commercial, or administrative properties. By April-May 2020, the number of transactions reached 3,075, reflecting a significant 5% increase in apartment transactions compared to 2015. The growth in business and administrative spaces per 1,000 residents is highlighted by the following figures: - Total available square footage rose by 17.5% (14,345 sqm) between 2015 and 2018. - The number of transactions for premises per 1,000 residents, which exceeded 100,000, saw a 15.4% drop from 2018 to 2019. - Russian citizens own 17.5% of these premises. - The average cost of apartment ownership in the first half of 2020 was 1,075 1/2 acres, or 16,545 sqm. By the end of 2020, it's expected that the Russian Federation will lead globally in meeting the Committee's recommendations from the Third Millennium Development Program.
